I'm pretty sure this code works AP57152530 but word of warning if you haven't used them before:

    • got annoying "welcome to the family" phone calls before my delivery
    • my delivery arrived 2am and I was awake at the time but the driver was parked in the middle of the street for 30 minutes with the engine running while they were packing the order in the truck (not good for your neighbours!)
    • they got the order wrong, knocked on the door and asked for the esky bag back so they could recheck what they gave me
    • they argued about the quantity of one item saying that I ordered one less than what I actually had ordered
    • when unpacking the order in the morning, they were missing an item
    • I emailed them to ask the about the missing item and have not heard back from them
    • an item I ordered was opened, the seal was broken
    • in the t&cs it says you get charged $10 for an esky bag for cold deliveries. I emailed them about this before I ordered to ask them about whether I will get charged and they responded it was free for first orders.
    • I elected "once off" order only ie not "weekly".
    • I used a prepaid visa card just in case they decide to bill me again.

That does not sound like a good experience. Also I don't think it is legal to disturb people at such an hour without pre-advising them?

Deliveries are always graveyard time (which is specified on their website). Never got charged for an esky - it is being lent to you as part of their service. You will then leave the empty esky you got from your previous order at your doorstep in exchange for the esky that's used with your next order - and the cycle continues. Though once the driver forgot to pick up the esky so ended up having two. Then the calls came from chasing one of the spare eskys.

Price-wise, a bit overpriced for a tightarse, but if you are one who prefers convenience (weekly deliveries of products), with a lower price point fro free delivery ($25), it has to come at a price.

        What law have they broken?

  • Won't order from Aussie farmers direct again. They are total scammers. They charge your credit card for things you don't order and its near impossible to get them to fix it, to stop charging you repeatedly and to stop spam calls/emails.

As above use a prepaid credit card and a disposable email and sim

  • Geesh, farmers direct sound dodgy as. lol

They're not that bad, we've been using them for years without too many problems.

  • "Voucher will be delivered to your MyPost Digital Mailbox post June 30, 2015."

has anyone received it? i haven't. for 2 companies that are promoting how well they deliver things, you think they'd do a better job.

    • Nope. Still waiting.. Only AuPost could lose digital mail.

    • try this code AP57152530

I got it when I signed up

      • Code seems to work, however it is asking for the credit card details before telling you what the subtotal will be (inclusive of promo code and delivery charges).

        • If it doesn't work you can modify the order later to add the voucher code. It gets billed day before delivery I think
