yes, as long as they sent you the tax invoice
Log in to the dick smith website with your eBay email (forget password if you haven't registered with the same one).
You will have at tax invoice you may print out in there.
Make sure its +$300 and you only need the invoice under your name (if its different than whats in the boarding pass, you will be rejected) with the actual item. If its +$1000 they need your address to be in the invoice
You dont need the invoice to be under any name at all if it is not over $1000.
However, if it is under a name, then yes it needs to be yours as TRS rules say that the person claiming needs to have paid for the item.
Thanks for info, just looked at another invoice from jbhifi i was going to claim and it is over $1000 with no address so better head back there to sort that out.
Just a tip make sure you allow an extra hour at the airport
