And they will reorder things on your behalf, as my colleague recently found out. as he'd ordered the wine of the year pack in 2013 they reorder not one, but two, for him this year. He managed to cancel it, but it's concerning they were happy to charge $400 to his credit card without consent.
I also had problems with their aggressive phone calling - they would call multiple times a week at stupid times, like 8am Saturday morning. I logged a complaint via email and it stopped.
Cellar Masters are extremely aggressive marketers, constantly harassing people with marketing calls. Once they have your details, they won't let go.
