Any Thoughts on This Nitecore Smart Charger?

i am looking for a decent charger for the eneeloops i bought from previous deals.
can you give your thoughts on this nitecore d4 smart charger i found on amazon.

turns out to be AUD 20.99 for charger with Shipping & handling: AUD 12.15 so making it AUD 33.14 in total.

currently i can only find this charger for aorund AUD 40 on ebay and i am not sure if this charger is any good.

The NiMH charging stops on voltage, not -dv/dt, this means the batteries may not be fully charged. To compensate for that the charger is using a fairly high trickle charge current.
This works, but it not the best charge algorithm and it is a good idea to remove the batteries within a few hours when they are full.

The Maha Powerex MH-C9000, generally a well-regarded charger, is also apparently voltage termination (plus trickle to fully charge LSD batteries), so take from that what you will.

Oh i missed that i4 for D4 as i was looking for d4 and that was the cheapest i found. So d4 is better than i4. Then i will keep looking for d4 deals. Thanks elusive!
