Hi All
I am enjoying my cooking and have found that I am in need a roasting dish or frying pan that I can use on my hotplate and then transferred to the oven to continue cooking. Does anyone know of a brand that stocks something that is hotplate and oven safe.

Maybe a cast iron skillet or pan… cast iron is tough as nails.
They are made to to handle direct and indirect heat. Just take note that whatever plastic components they have should not be thrown in the oven, they are usually designed to have a cast iron handle or if the handle is plastic or bakelite, the handle is sometimes removable.

I like the Scanpan medium roasting pan. I brown the meat on my gas cooktop and then transfer the pan to the oven.
You can buy the pan as is or in a combo pack with rack and lid. I have shopped from this site and good prompt delivery . Only catch us you can't use this on an induction cooktop.
