Almost all well known and lesser known brands are covered.
Just in case any unknown brand is not covered it has a learning function to learn from your existing remote.
Other remotes available for 1,2,3 or 6 devices. Learning function not available on other models.

Can anyone confirm whether it is a useful substitute for a foxtel IQ remote.
The learning function can be used to learn any remote will take 30 minutes to setup with the remotes facing each other. If there any special keys on the foxtel remote it will have to be assigned to a different unused key on this remote.
If you want to avoid this a seperate model is available for foxtel users around $35.

I'd buy the current Logitech Harmony 350 deal from Dick Smith over this. That's if the local store even had it in stock which it doesn't.
Both stores in my area have the 350 in stock. Got the pickup email within 20 minutes of ordering.
