Cheap Flights to Canada

Anyone have any ideas? What's a good way to find cheap flights to Canada / good websites to stalk.

I see flight deals to US, Japan, UK, etc. appear on ozbargain so often… is Canada just an expensive destination, or just not that popular so that's why I never see deals for it?
