Another (Different?) GearBest Shipping Issue

I jumped on one of the million Xiaomi power bank deals a couple of weeks ago with GearBest, I'm almost certain I clicked the apparently faster "Australia Line Shipping", but my parcel was instead sent with Post NL registered. I asked GearBest why and they claim I only paid for a tracking number, not expedited shipping.

It's not the end of the world, I accept I could have made a mistake… But I really do think I paid for faster shipping- I'm posting to see if I really have gone crazy, or if something similar has happened to someone else. Let me know if so………

  • I'm in the exact same situation except i bought a different item, I'm sure that i clicked and paid extra for the "Australian Line Shipping", So its been 10 days now and still haven't received it so i sent them and E-mail and they haven't responded yet.

    Please don't bullshit as I'm happy to pay extra but not if it's still going to take 20 days.
