Hi guys,
I recently bought a Seamaster Pro Planet Ocean, which is advertised as a certified chronometer, meaning it should not lose more than 4 seconds a day.
After I had it for less than 1 week I noticed it was significantly losing time, about 18 seconds for the 2 days I measured.
I took it back to Omega boutique to have it looked at, thinking it should be a simple calibration problem, and now it has now been in repair for 5 weeks. I was told it will take another 2 weeks before they will get it back to me.
At this point, I just want to get an replacement, but the guy at the desk refused and told me to speak to management.
Just want to check with everyone, what are my options? Can I take it to ACCC? Or do I just have to take the repair?
Cheers
