There are alot of good deals for domestic and international travel

e.g.
Sydney to Melbourne from $89 one way, usually $149 one way.
Flights to Bali for under $300 one way.

    that's true, but I guess it comes with free checked baggage and a meal unlike other carriers

      For meal you mean not required snack for a about an hour flight for which you are being charged excessively.
