    Was at dans this arvo. No hop thief so they let me grab any james six packs i wanted - got chancers, nine tales and pale ale - try to do the same at your local, its a good way to sample the range at great prices!

    Booooo, Hop Thief is heaps better than the Chancer. I'll be going to my local tomorrow and stocking up on the remaining Hop Thief.

    Selling Hop thief at that price must be costing them too much.

      It won't be costing Dan's anything. This is a deal done with Lion Nathan to ensure that they are "front of mind" with the consumer - they've had to sell their soul to WW to get the deal. Lion will be subsidising the difference between the RRP and this price, and they've obviously run ouf of stock.

    Purchase WISH giftcards at 5% off, and combine with cashrewards 3.5% cashback on beer to get it cheaper! Comes to $9.15 if i calculated correctly.

      I always use online shopping for Dan Murphy just so I can use cash rewards. It doesn't seem like much but it adds up. I've gotten over $30 back in the last 6 months or so.

    Strange, if I add 3 6 packs of Chancers to my cart it says $30, but if I then add a 4th the price goes up to $44.46. So I guess I'll just make a couple of orders of 3 packs. :P

    I was in store the other day and wanted clarification on the 3 order max, explaining that to get 3 six packs I would have to break open a slab as they had no six packs, After some confusion and checking I was told that 3 refers to 3 slabs, this was at watergardens, however when I got home and checked the docket…Hop thief registered the correct amount, however chancers was charged at full price, after chasing it up I was asked to drop back into store as I was overcharged.

      So Dan's would be cheaper.

    Not sure if this normal. No pretty much nothing on beers.

    But found both drinks to be incredibly flat, with no carbonation. Unsure if i got a dodgy batch or its just normal.

      Agree the Hop thief has been very low on carbonation… not flat imho. maybe a dud batch
