    I would assume that's what he meant (given that it's written in the desc) but it's just written in quickly in the title..

      And that's becoming an issue here, now so many more posts are being made: people don't think out the titles very well.

      Major exclusions should go at the front, like if it's only in one state [VIC] or whatever should be the FIRST thing in the title. The name of the shop/retailer offering the service should be in the title.

      That sort of stuff.

      Oh, I agree — but my point was that I'm sure it wasn't intentional to be misleading and that he was aware of what the actual bargain was. Just an honest mistake ;)
