Samsung Galaxy S5 with 700MHz Support?

Hey guys, after ages of deliberating on a new phone and deciding to get the S5 all the online deals with S5s i can find all don't support 700mhz band. Not sure why, is it just all s5's which don't? Woulda thought it would of been new enough to support it.

The S5 doesn't support band 28 LTE (700Mhz).
