Think I've seen it at Maxi Foods in Upper Ferntree Gully - they have a pretty good range of international foods, inc quite a few sauces got a few things there when we were having a Caribbean food night.

Hi King, Try this sauce by "the other chef"their smokey habasco sauce available at Thomas Dux stores, medal winner at the Sydney fine food festival. Really nice flavor and with that hot smokey burn that those South American ones have.

I bought this stuff at Leo's Supermarket a couple years ago, and it's life changing for me! Perfect texture, with a great balance of heat and flavour.
Unfortunately they don't seem to stock it any more :(
