Selfie sticks are so last year. All the professionals/cool kids have a go-pro connected to a quad copter.

    • A go-pro/quadcopter sounds like a complicated way to take a selfie

      • +3

True, though possibly less embarrassing than a selfie stick.

        • But you can't fly a quadcopter too close in a crowded place. Too many idiots don't know how to fly one properly and ended crashing them into someone else face.

@edfoo: and depending on the occasion, I encourage it. Bieber concerts, Fifa executive gatherings, liberal party meetings … To name a few.

        • @Martijn: Ah I see a Labor Party supporter here.

        • @edfoo: no… Not supporting labor, just against the liberal policies.

    • +4

I hear Enrique Iglesias prefers the selfie sticks.

  • Remove

  • Doesn't look like a bluetooth so not really a deal.

    • The Laser Selfie Stick holds your smartphone in landscape mode, with buttons on the handle allowing photos to be taken with the front facing camera.

Unless there's a system of strings that isn't visible, bluetooth could be an option

      • +3

you can see the plug coming out of the headphone jack. it's a wired one

        • Key Features Laser Universal Selfie Stick works with almost any smartphone on the market

Back of the pack says "for iPhone & Samsung phones, may work with other phones"

Doesn't work with Huawei Y550 but works OK with Nexus 5.

No battery since there is no bluetooth

        • Couldn't see. Every time i click on HN website my computer refuses to go there. Running OzB browser 1.0. Error message is confirmed SCAM site.

      • Hi mate. What is the difference between selfie stick with and without bluetooth ??

    • +1

If you have three Bluetooth one you will realise Jack cable version is much better you don't have to waste battery, and time to connect before shooting

    Any reviews on printer?

    • Did you search OzBargain for all the other deals on this model or Google reviews?

  • Harvey could do better than that for half year sale.

    • They do. I was able to buy a PS3 version of The Last of Us for $20, FINALLY! :)))

  • The issue with my selfie stick, when I mount my phone (quite heavy, galaxy note) the phone sometimes will spins up side down, make me worry it will fall down. Maybe because phone is to heavy and I suspect the connection on extension tube is to loose

  • Thanks to the OP for posting this deal, I picked one up at Officeworks who had discounted it to the same price to avoid the 5% pricematch. How laserprinters have come down over the last 30 years since my dad bought his first Apple laserprinter for about $5k, huge brick of a thing too.

No need for Bluetooth or cable on selfie stick, my LG G3 has hand gesture feature to take selfies, others will catch on eventually….iPhone may get this feature in about 2018 judging by iOS 9 ('New multitasking features on iPad"). I was actually in shock to find out that multitasking was not available on iPads until now.

    • True, I have LG G Pro2 and I have the same hand geture feature on this too for selfies.

      • Cool feature. This is my first LG phone, so hoping it goes OK. I have some bad memories of LG from the days when they were know as just Goldstar. But it looks they have come a long way, like Korean cars (Hyundai, Kia).
