Entertainment Book App 15/16 DOESN'T WORK?

Is anyone else using the entertainment book digital subscription? since it ticked over to the 15/16 subscription, the app simply doesn't work. This is pretty annoying since I am paying for the subscription, chose a restaurant tonight where I am going with friends based on the app, now the app doesn't work. Of course their office is only open Mon-Fri. Android app is flooded with reviews saying it doesn't work, yet they havn't fixed it.

Has anyone figured out a work around so I can use my vouchers??

  • Mine works on iPhone. Maybe you can download it on iPhone and use it?

    • Why the neg ? I was trying to be helpful, you asked for a workaround so you can use it.

        Also, already used up my device quota so can't add more.

    I thought mine wasn't working, but played around with the settings - it had my old membership (14/15 book) selected, not the new digital membership… seems fine now!

  • Using LG g3. Same issue on my wife's g3. I made sure the correct subscription was selected. I'll have another play around.

  • Easily resolved on iOS devices

    Profile > Set Search Location > select <location> 15/16 Digital( under books owned at top)
    And obviously deselect 14/15 Digital
