    Site looks dodgy…
    1. No ABN or Registered Business Name anywhere on the site (although on Justice website via search).
    2. 5 working days to respond to any emails.
    3. Acting against Trade Practice Act by trying to put warranties back onto the manufacturer.

    OK Folks, a few points to clarify here, rest assured we are here to listen to feedback and make changes accordingly. We are a registered Australian company that owns and operates a number of leisure, lifestyle and entertainment websites.

    We do have our reasons as to why we don't publish certain pieces of information. Warranties in Australia as always are handled by us, as are all our Customer Service issues related to returns, parts, servicing etc. (However many wholesale suppliers, deal of the day sites and shopping sites in Australia do direct the purchaser to the manufacturer which helps resolve the issue sooner by bypassing the middleman, particularly for some of the specialised items we sell.

    From our perspective at DailySteals, we want to provide Peace of Mind, so we take customer service seriously, by taking ownership of all our customer issues and handle the process from end to end, unless requested otherwise by the supplier. Thankfully, warranty claims are minimal, and we have updated the T&C's to make the process clear and transparent for future shoppers.
