Reputable Tyre Shop Needed to Prevent Rim Damage!

Based in Melbourne South Eastern suburbs.

Today the tyre pressure monitor flagged a leak in run flat tyre (255/35 R19 Bridgestone Potenza S001 RFT) when I was 300 metres from home @ 50km/hr. Car is currently parked in the garage, uninflated tyre, total distance travelled 5000km.

1) Is this a full replacement or repairable job? http://i.imgur.com/DPo2iQ3.jpg

2) Where is a reputable place to get a repair or full replacement tyre?
- I had issues when buying 4 brand new tyres with my 2011 WRX last year where a big tyre shop company scraped all 4 of my 17 inch rims in the process: http://i.imgur.com/XrOPFfc.jpg
- Any tyre places with 'touchless' systems? What are the machines called?

3) Would you remove the tyre and transport it in a second car to prevent more wear/tear/travel on these tyres?
