Hmm the last Gewurztraminer I got from re-wine @ VicMarkets and was aptly described as Turkish Delight in a glass.

Tried Gewurztraminer in the Marlborough region in New Zealand - BRILLIANT. I've been expecting it to take off in Australia like Sauvignon Blanc did, but it hasn't happened yet…
If you like Sauvignon Blanc then you will most likely enjoy a glass of Gewurztraminer.
Expect notes of lychee in most glasses, making it awesome for thai food particularly.
I think the red's alright.
Anyone out there tried the Gewurztraminer?
Obviously not expecting it to be brilliant at this price but thinking if it's just passable to go with spicy dishes it's worth the $2.30 investment.
