I am looking to buy weighing scales to weigh myself. Can someone help me find a standard and lasting weighing scale for a bargain ?

    If you weigh less than 120KG then, pretty much anywhere. If you weigh more than 120KG, you may have to import them from US.

    Bit of an overkill but we got this 300kg platform type quite a few years ago for weighing out oat seed from the silo. Has taken plenty of tumbles and knocks. Only needed a battery replacement once. May look a bit out of place in the bathroom I guess…

        Thanks for the link. I cannot find where it talks about weight limitation. Do you know whats the maximum weight this scale can weigh ?

        I ended up buying this one. Thanks mate.
        For anyone who reads this later, this machine has a max weight limit of 180 Kilos.

          @WB TQM: By 'work well', do you mean its accurate or is the scale itself lasting ? No worries on both counts. Needed a battery change in about 6 months - but thats about it.

          @AussieB: more towards if it was accurate or at the very least, consistently inaccurate.
