Does anyone one know how to unsubscribe from those annoying Kogan emails?
I keep on clicking Opt Out, it keeps on sending the emails.
Where are formal complaints regarding these matters lodged?

That's my point. Clicking the link in the email takes me to a mailing preferences page, which includes an "Opt Out" link. Oddly this only appears after loading the page twice?!
Click the link, confirm and it says i am unsubscribed. I have done this several times in recent weeks, but the Kogan emails keep coming.
No, i don't mean kogans unsubscribe option. I'm talking about a separate unsubscribe button which your email provider provides? Which email acc do you have?
I use my own mail server.
If you order from them again and run your own mail server, I'd use my system in the future.
Enable wildcard addressing on your mail server and give them a one off address (eg. [email protected]).
Set emails to that inbound address to be delivered to spam folders unless it contains "tax invoice", "your receipt", "your order", "has been shipped", "tracking number" or similar (I do this with a SIEVE script, but every mail server is different).
One-off addressing allows you to filter regardless of whether a company respects your opt-out requests, and to narrow down when your details are sold/stolen.
I have also set up subdomains m.mydomain.com (marketing stuff) and c.mydomain.com (comps sign up) with similar rules to above so that I don't need to set a rule on a per-address basis.
Can't you set your email account to 'block' emails from whatever sender you like? So they never even make it into your in-box; the same as 'blocking' someone on Facebook, etc. Why not just do that? Who's your email provider?
I could block them, but i do buy from them occassionally, so like the invoices to come through.
I find myself subscribed to their mailing list every time I order from them, but I just unsubscribe everytime and that seems to stop them temporarily. Scumbags.
I've set the mail frequency to weekly, so let's see what happens.
It's clear to me that the emails from Kogan cannot be stopped. I thought there was a law or regulation about that?? But maybe I'm wrong, I often am…
Have you got an unsubscribe option built into your email provider? I'm with outlook and its at the bottom of the page when you're in the email. That normally works.
