Power Conserve Socket Products

Does anyone know if there is anything similar to the now discontinued belkin power conserve socket? I know they have a power board but im looking for some individual sockets. The old Belkin product allowed you to pick 30min, 60min or 3 hours to stay on

  • Timer switch can't do what you need?
I have a couple of "energy saving" powerboards and have found that soon after the warranty period expired the relays started to work unreliably and now no longer work without significant "percussive maintenance".
They at least fail to be closed so the powerboard functions as a normal powerboard, but I wont pay extra for a function that worked for less than 1000 operations (on average 1 operation per day for 2 years).

  • I got a timer switch that has a rotating knob that counts down up to 2hours. Just twist it to set what you want. I got it to police a kid who wouldn't turn off an electric blanket and was slowly cooking themselves. It was about $15 from Bunnings. I can't find it just now, but it was Arlec or Clipsal or some other common brand.
