Can anyone identify this CPU?

This CPU was in a laptop i have disassembled. Can't find any details about the CPU online so was hoping maybe someone knows a bit more about it and can tell me which CPU this might be. Here front and back.

    I have my doubts that it is possible to identify a CPU by image. Then again I could be wrong.

    Might be T series. My old laptop with T8100 looks similar to what you have posted.
