Image of power supply accompanying La Crosse Technology BC-700, required

I purchased the La Crosse Technology BC-700 (AA & AAA) Battery Charger as a consequence of the Ozbargain post on 24 February 2014

As I have mislaid the power supply which accompanied the purchase, I'd appreciate it if someone could please post a photo of the power supply they have.( I couldn't get one from the states) and I have many power supplies lying around
