• Purchase any 1 kg combination of Jazz™ Apples from pre-packed or loose varieties at any Participating Store;
• Scan your Card (if shopping in-store) or enter your Card number (if shopping online) at the checkout prior to finalising the transaction; and
• SMS your Everyday Rewards or Frequent Shopper Card number to 19919904 for your first entry into the Promotion.

SMS costs are $0.55c inc gst per SMS entry. Entrants only need to SMS their Card number ONCE during the Promotional Period.

Registered Cardholders will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for every 1 kg combination of Jazz™ Apples from pre-packed or loose varieties purchased at any Participating Store during the Promotional Period. Breaking a single transaction into multiple amounts for use with more than one Card is not permitted and will void all Promotion entries attributable to such Cardholders.

Six (6) major prizes:

• one (1) combined draw and prize for entries received from QLD.
• one (1) combined draw and prize for entries received from VIC.
• one (1) combined draw and prize for entries received from WA.
• one (1) combined draw and prize for entries received from TAS.
• one (1) combined draw and prize for entries received from NSW and ACT.
• one (1) combined draw and prize for entries received from SA and NT. (each a “Draw Pool”).

All winners will have their names and state published in The Australian newspaper and on the Everyday Rewards/Frequent Shopper Club website (as applicable) on Thursday, 16 July 2015.
