The LetsTalkBitcoin website has a coupon running with Trezor to receive $20USD off the price of a Trezor hardware wallet.
"TREZOR is an isolated environment for offline transaction signing and using a small display you can visually verify the transaction contents. That's why all operations using TREZOR are entirely safe." - quote from website.
The Trezor works via a Chrome extension in your browsers allowing access to your coins while keeping your private keys safely offline, secured on the Trezor. It also has a number of other layers of security and comes with a recovery process in case of loss or theft.

While a great idea, understand that for the majority of users wanting to get into Bitcoin this is not the easiest way, first step or even required unless you know what you're doing and want 100% control of your money.
I personally have a wallet with two factor authentication on Coinjar for buying/selling BTC, as well one on Blockchain.info for coin storage. Yes they're online wallets but I trust them more than I trust my PCs, and I've stored $5,000+ USD in these accounts with zero issues.
