Watch Unplanned America on Tuesday 26 May at 9pm for your chance to win a trip for two to New York City.
To celebrate the series return of Unplanned America on SBS 2, we’re giving you the chance to win your own unplanned trip to the USA. Simply tune in to the first episode on Tuesday 26 May at 9pm and spot the competition codeword, then tell us “What is the craziest unplanned thing that has ever happened to you on a holiday” in 25 words or less.
The best answer will win a trip for 2 to New York City, including:
- 2 x Return economy flights to New York (valued up to $4,000 (RRP) inclusive of GST)
- 7 nights accommodation for two people in a twin/double room at a 4 star hotel in New York (valued at up to $4,000 (RRP) inclusive of GST)

Just watched the ep online and no codeword (well I didn't see one) :-( Did anyone watch it Tuesday night?
And I thought it was just me! I couldn't see a codeword in the online episode this morning either. Boo :(
If anyone actually caught the codeword then their odds of winning are likely pretty good considering the terms of entry:
1) watch the show live
2) record the code word
3) write a creative and entertaining answer to the question
4) submit it within the 2 and a bit days the competition is openI know it's only one prize but the above seem like pretty significant hurdles at this point, meaning far fewer people will enter than 'normal', IMHO.
Yeah, so anyone who knows the codeword please share it here! Don't just keep it to yourself.

Have you tried the code yourself? I'm trying to enter the competition but not yet remember what is the most "unplanned" thing in my past trips.
