Hi Guys,
Went to JB last night and saw that they had a PS4 bundle which includes: Standard console and controller, The Order, The Witcher 3, Drive Club and The Last Of US R.. which was being sold for $549.
I asked the staff if he could let me swap the games for the same or even less price but he said he can't do it. He said that since they're out of stock on Drive Club he can only allow me to swap for a "Sony" game (Knack, Killzone(?), Infamous Son, infamous first light and Singstar). He wouldn't allow me to swap The Order for something equivalent of price such as Omega Quintet or BloodBorne for example. He said if he would let me swap it'll be either one of the above titels or something thats worth no more than $30..
I did ask if he could swap both The Order and Drive club for an extra controller but he declined. I also did ask if i could exchange The Order for a preowned game (FF Type-0) which was lesser in value and was still shut down.. I could tell he started to get annoyed at me and he was like stating that the console itself is $548 itself and by paying $1 i get 4 free games and the deal ends tonight (last night sunday) and it was an awesome deal where the witcher 3 would no longer be bundled to any console anymore so i should get it before they close. I walked out as it didnt seem to be an awesome deal, yet it is indeed a great deal (for the console + witcher3 + TLOUR itself).
What i'd like to know from you guys is that did i miss out on this deal? Should i have bought it? Is there a better deal out there that i've missed out?
P.S. I've never played any Witcher series ( i have #2 and it's still sealed), never played BloodBorne so i don't really know if they were actually worth getting the bundle.
