Cashrewards for eBay normally better, 2% cashback. If double points promo on Qantas or Virgin, maybe better if you fly either one.

Who do you fly with the most? Where do you normally fly to and which airlines do you use? If you use One World airlines, Qantas may be better. If you use Virgin partners, then Velocity might be better for you.
