Flybuys sent me a targeted spend $60 a week for 4 weeks and get $50 off a shop. Today I went and did a small shop and on the docket is a barcode to spend $60 and get 1000 flybuys points. Can I claim the 1000 points on my next $60 shop and still have it count towards the $50 off after 4 shops offer?

I think the most flybuys offers I've taken up in one transaction is 10.
As long as you qualify for each offer after all other discounts at the end, you can take up as many offers that you like from one transaction plus get 500 points per month for doing the Tell Coles survey.
Next week, week 2 of the 4 week promotion, I will have a 1000 point docket deal, a 1000 point coupon plus whatever else comes my way for my qualfying shop. That means I'll get at least 2000 points paid for the transaction a few days after the spend and I'll be earning a pro rata 2500 from the transaction for the 4 week promotion.
