Pretty sure there's more to it than that. Plus it looks like it's free shipping. $102 delivered for an awesome looking controller? It sounds like an alright deal to the layman (being me). I'm going to + this to support another local business! (I cannot justify a custom controller, unfortunately, as I don't play my consoles much)
It's a game controller. There's not more to it. Just like there's not more to a diamond. It's just shiny and people have been conditioned into valuing them.
You can get all these mods from aliexpress for around 10 - $12 they dont require soldering and often come with the tool to open said controller.

Given the standard black Xbox and PlayStation controllers range between $75 & $90 (also inc shipping) we certainly think this is classified as a deal but hey everyone's different :)

Hopefully this will cater for the part time gamer's who don't want to spend $$$ on something they don't often use.

$120 for a controller with a sticker on it?
That's almost twice the price of a standard controller.
