We are not just a shop, but a healthy food portal to also provide information and recipes.
We are in the process of updating our navigation in the shop section.Your website is not easy to navigate, use a different format that is makes customers want to spend more time and money with you . i think Natt said it best very odd navigation not approriate for a storefrot of info provider
If you are providing information then make it clear and easy to access
i am holding back the negative vote cause i know you want to change it and sometimes you get held to ransom by web designers etc
I did like all the food though - but all it did was make me hungry! :P
When you post on ozbargain you do get all sorts of scrutiny, and you well get rather frank comments.
I did find something else odd when i found some macadamia dream bars it gave me a recipe for apricot and banana bread
and wehn i clicked on something like the corn an vegetable pasta - it gave me a recipe for salt and pepper squid
I like the idea you have a bunch of support info, but since the primary purpose should be to sell product I think navigation should be on that.
You can then add recipes specific to the raw ingredient, or for something like snacks have a healthy eating/exercise link etc
anyway I know that has nothing to do with bargains - I was just surprised I could not click on something that showed me something like all the soy milk you might sell etc
and a search for "almond milk" is just too confusing
also I can't actually figure how to buy this product

Please amend title to reflect that a purchase is required,
eg you could add on "with every purchase"
I would spend a lot of money at your shop if the allergen/ingredient information was complete and up to date on all products.
eg I shouldn't have to go to amazon.com to find the ingredients of "Orgran Multigrain O's" are
brown rice 70%, yellow pea 15%, qunoa 10%, brown rice syrup, dextrose from corn, psyllium 2%, pear juice concentrate, calcium carbonate, emulsifier: monoglycerides from vegetable, natural vanilla, salt, turmeric
your website has odd navigation - you have a bunch of huge coloured navigation circles, but clicking on them takes you to the recipes, rather than the food you offer
seems a little odd, but maybe thats just me
so if I want to find GM free food I can't just click on one of those little circles
and no way of navigating through the products? I just have to search and wade throught the matches?
