  How can I redeem the flights with discounted points as when I am trying to book within the promotion period,still showing the" normal" points Edit: have to be made with the selected flight :-(

    you can always cancel your existing booking and rebook it for a small fee (can ask for waiver, no harm trying) and save 50% of the miles required ( take it as 2 for 1) :)

      hmm maybe… we're flying out this weekend and out waitlisted flights were confirmed yesterday :P just checked it's US$30 to cancel a ticket. We redeemed separately and as one-way tickets.

      lol.

      (btw it's often cheaper, for some reason, to redeem two one-way tickets than a return ticket on SQ because the surcharges and taxes are ~30-50% less)
