      As an owner of a Zenfone 6, I would avoid the atom based phones at the moment. Lots of applications crash on them. The performance and power usage of the intel chips is ok, just android on x86 seems to be less than perfect still.

        So far from Whirlpool nobody complain lots of applications crash. I think that is sometime ago before Android 5.

          Instagram is the most complained about one, and it can be fixed on the zenfone 2 by uninstalling a webview upgrade apparently. Many other applications also crash though, from what I can garner it's something to do with optimisations which don't work correctly on the x86 hardware.

      Because Australian's get screwed because they are suckers for marketing! Think Samsung/Apple. Although the Chinese build quality isn't 100% at the moment except a few manufacturers, they get pretty damn close for stuff-all money considering what's packed into most of them.

      Ive seen a few phones which are similar tonthis and the reason for low price is that The processor used is cheap and the screens used are not good with the color gamut.

      Also Many of these phones have unknown SAR values and it is a concern to me , I prefer phones with lower SAR value ,so I'd avoid these phones

        Some of them when they release them make me go 'The far? That's LOW'. I've seen tiny SAR (but also massive). I know what you mean though.

        I physically am unable to use one due to my brain condition at the moment :(
