OK so ordered 2x eight pack Tropi Sanyo enloop during the etech20% sale last month. Received Panasonic so asked for replacement Sanyo as advertised as they had Bait & switched the product. After a month of emails being told they are no longer available even though they still continued to advertise the Sanyo at a dearer price. I decide on a Bait Switch Reverse. Ordered and paid for the Sanyo again this time at full price 2x $49.95 pack received the Sanyo tropi’s sent back the Panasonic and got back a refund.
I was hoping they would pull me up and say you sent back the wrong product so I could reply that’s what you did to me in the first place. Some on OzBargain have complained as far back NOV 2014 that Dick Smith been switching product unchecked.
Drastic action, YES!

When have you said enough was enough and taken matters to the extreme to get what you ordered and paid for?
