Woolworths New Online Website Sucks : as a group can we force change?

Its been mentioned before but their new website sucks
What can we as a group do to get them to change back to the unbroken model?

    Just placed an order and I like the new website. Way better than Coles website. Easy to scroll and place orders.

  • Well I did complain originally on their facebook page and got a generic response back. They seemed to improve it since then from what I saw but it still wasn't great. Looks like they only focused on it being good for mobile version and didn't really care what it did on Desktop site. Strangely, I've been reverted back to the old site for now again.

    Yeah, I think its the same as well.
    I feel sorry for the elderly, while I can get around it my mother who is in her late 60's can't and I would think she would not be the only one with difficulties.
    She could use the old one and did every week, saving her a trip to the shops but now she is concerned about losing some of her independence by relying on me to do it for her.
    Easy enough when I am here but more often than not I am away.

    I asked about it, they said they're sorting through a lot of feedback. Old version is no more.

    If you want, try mobile version. It's a bit crap, but 1000% better than the new customer repellant they've built.

    Main prob I found is when using giftcards and codes, site doesn't show results reliably. But always works correctly in the finish.
