Ainol Mini PC - Covered in Scratches

Hi All. Not sure if this is right place to post, apologies mods if not.

I'm referring to this deal a few weeks ago:

There has been a pretty significant delay in delivery from gearbest, however it's now arrived.

I received it this morning, but it's completely covered in scratches/chips/dents.

Was this a refurb product, because that wasn't indicated in the deal?

I'm genuinely furious about this rubbish operation and a waste of my $$$.

Any suggestions/advice?

  Relatively, I guess. The outer packaging was a thin film of bubble wrap on the actual box. The box has a fair few scratches, and the corners look worse for wear but I'm happy to chalk that up to shipping.
  
  However, the box itself is very solid, and the device was embedded in foam to protect it from scratches and bumps. I'm confident that any damage to the good could not have possibly incurred during shipping.
  
  The device itself was covered in scratches, particularly around the ports, implying that it had been used extensively before it was sent to me.

    That's no good. On mine there was a plastic film on the front and rear panels where the ports were that looked scratched up until I removed it. Any chance it could be that?
