Cheapest pumpkin I've seen in a long time! Starts Wed at Coles.

Victoria has Kent Pumpkin for the same price, other states may vary.

Thanks for the deal! Butternut pumpkins are a pain to cut, always worried I'll slice a finger. But well priced.

  It's never been a problem for me.
  
  Cut the pumpkin to the desired block size you wish to use.
  
  If you can, use a fork and pierce them throughout the skin and inner flesh.
  
  Microwave the pumpkin for 3-5 min. Leave it to cool.

  Butternut is easier than most! At least it's smooth.. Make sure you cut it into quarters first, then just trim towards the board. Sharp knife helps, bigger the better.
