    No not at all. Fluidtek is not best buy in anyway. Logitechshop is a website which is operated by bestbuy tek as we do not deliver and many of this community enjoyed the savings on logitech items. We are on the other hand one of the biggest logitech suppliers for logitech shop which is operated by best by. So to answer it without confusion the other is no.
    Yes it is in our interest that best buy the operators of logitech shop succeed as we are a major suppliers. Other than that two seperate companies. I have my explanation was usueful. And yes bestbuy uses the domain under licence.

    approximatly 65 units left of each left . at the rate they are going it might not last long , i can assure you having said that , we are trying to do our best to get more and more to make sure we can fulfill as many as we can until the last day hopefully the 13th of december .
    Let me just say this , we are amazed at the success of this deal , amazing , Mainly due to the Quality of the guitar , and the sensitivity of the drums , i mean no comparrison to any other brand drums or guitar , this is far superrior .

    1. Bestbuy owns Logitech shop.

    2. Fluidtek wholesales Logitech equipment to BestBuyTek.

    3. BestBuyTek sells it online on a Logitech equipment only website, called "LogitechShop.com.au"

    4. Fluidtek covers the cost of webhosting and design, for BestBuyTek as it's in thier interest to sell more Logitech equipment to BestBuyTek.

    Is this correct?

    Great price. Just bought a Squeezebox Boom.

    I had a few issues with PayPal payment though: it seemed to be treating the transaction as me sending money to a recipient, rather than paying for a purchase. It then said that I had exceeded my 'sending limit' and wanted to do an extra verification on my card. I bypassed this by paying through PayPal but without logging into my account. Fingers crossed that it's going to be OK. The site design and functionality doesn't exactly inspire confidence!

      I agree about the site……no contact details other than an e-mail address.
      It might well be more efficient to contact via e-mail, but having some sort of physical address gives some reassurance for those not wanting to go through the process of checking your ABN.

      Having said that, my paypal went through ok…..

    Firstly, I placed my order Tuesday but never received any confirmation other than looking in my paypal account. Isn't an order confirmation sent? You wrote the other day "orders will not take more than 2 days to dispatch . Even if status is not updated each person will receive an email , with tracking info."

    When I placed the guitar/drum kit into my cart I added the xbox version but now when I check the order on your website it is listed as an order for the PS2/PS3 version, which I definitely did NOT order. I have sent an enquiry using your 'contact me' link on the website but I am hoping you can see this and look into it for me.

    Hey guys, I ordered one of these a week and a half back and the transaction went through PayPal fine. Only problem is, I went on the website just then to check what the tracking number for the package is and the website is down! I tried to use the email given by bargaincrypt ([email protected]) and send them a message but I got a delivery status notification failure from Hotmail. Any way I can contact these people to find out where my package is at?
