Hi,
I want to replace our sliding glass doors but I've realised from a bit of googling that glass doors are really expensive. We'd also need to hire someone to put them in.
Any ideas to save money doing this?
Who do you call to install glass doors? Glazier or builder? I'm new to renovating!

Reason for replacement? You might also consider having them repaired if its just issues with rollers etc. May even be able to do the repair yourself if you can find some replacement rollers that fit.
Just the glass or the whole door?
We probably need the whole door replaced. It's an old 1970s door and not in the best condition and a bit of water comes in when it rains!
I might drive round to some shops and see if they can suggest someone for installation.

Contact some local glaziers / window makers. They usually have contacts for installations.
Builders usually charge double then add 200% :-(
