FOLDABLE wheelchairs, video night vision devices, overtoilet shelves and TENS machines — these are just some of the quirky special buys that have Aldi shoppers beating down their doors.
For devotees of the discount supermarket giant, the special buys that come out each Wednesday and Saturday are met with excitement, and occasionally mirth.
In recent months, Aldi shoppers have been able to snap up a human skeleton model, an air compressor, a hybrid greenhouse, a french dresser with mirror, a dressmaker’s mannequin, a cordless kettle tipper, solar panel kit, portable generator, surfboard, bike valet, caravan cover, weightlifting bench and laser light.
But Aldi’s snowgear, going on sale on Saturday, is the supermarket’s most popular special buys theme for the year.
have to say i love aldi's specials
the prices are good, sometimes the quailty is a bit average, but their licenced stuff (like mr men cups) are great for gifts and their replica products (the chairs etc) aint bad
not sure about the electrical goods
clothing seems ok
toys are cheap
