Hi there,
I'm helping a friend who will be moving into a property in Chelsea, Vic 3196. Help me find the best deals for gas and electricity for her pls :)

Its a 2-bedroom unit. There will be at most 2 people staying there.The place has gas heating. No smart meter.

She's moving in 3 weeks.

p.s: she doesn't want a contract because she doesn't know how long she'll be here for.

Edit: It actually has a smart meter. I've decided to go with Energy Australia because of the $100 credit and no exit fees. Might change to powershop after the next bill cycle.

For electricity try powershop.com.au but may need smart meter. Good discussion on Whirlpool green forum which worth reading.
