    So I just got the call from the QLD store. They said they can not fulfill my order as I did not qualify for the item?! They said to come pick up my $0.99 pencils. Then I asked for refund and they said they don't refund to paypal?! Hmm

          I had similar problem with Dicksmith, they refunded straight away on the spot.

    I went to the store in Adelaide once I got the order confirmation email. They said they cannot honor the order and it is a pricing error. They can refund to credit card but not to PayPal. Waste of time but nice try :)

    David Jones are utterly useless, they left the price at $0 but put in a reduced price so when that ends it will go back to $0. That's what happens when you outsource a core part of your business.
