[PC] [PREORDER] Batman Arkham Knight STEAM Key $29.99 @ OzGameShop (Inc. Harley Quinn DLC)

280

Also 10% back in Player Points. Making this effectively $26.39 if you're regular Ozgameshop customer. Good deal! Not quite as good as nuuvem's ~$26.53 a few days ago, but definitely the best at the moment and less hoops to jump through if you've struggled with VPNs/account verification etc

Due 23rd June 2015

  • Hey Jonno, it's $26.72 using the code +10% back in player points as well. Change your title back to $26.72!

If you read the fineprint it says 'final price after player points awarded' so your upfront cost is still $29.69, but you get $3ish in points to redeem as a voucher later!

      • Correct, Dominus!

      • Yeah this caught me off guard, but still worth it!

Damn, these games are getting cheaper and cheaper. I'm just buying these (Witcher 3) just out of principle… as I haven't finished the others… started them maybe…

Nice price, going to be a great game from the looks of it. Just purchased.

    Good price

Why can't console games be around the same price :( or just slightly higher when on release …

    • Licencing of the game onto X1 and PS4, is why its more expensive.

      • I am aware of that… Wouldn't mind paying a bit extra but paying over 100% the real cost doesn't seem fair for costumers :(

      • Does this mean that Steam licenses for free?

        • +2

Valve takes 30% - which is an undeniably significant slice of the pie. Though their distribution network (read: tens of millions of customers) is unparalleled. Probably a fair price in the end.

        • +1

@johnno07: Yeah, I was aware of that tbh and I hear Sony and Xbox take a similar slice which is why you often see first party digital titles cheaper than 3rd party on PSN.

    PRE-ORDER HYYYPPPEEE!!!! :D
Thanks for the post, I bought the game. Otherwise I would've waited for the price to naturally drop (after a year) lol - I'm such a cheapskate.

    • You're welcome! Haha me too. Though it's less about being a cheapskate, and more about being practical. Steam library has recently crept up over 500 games and there's simply no point in paying full price for a game when I have such a back catalogue to get through.

    Yep…I need this!

    Thanks OP.

Quick question - can I use my existing player points on this purchase, along with the "BATMAD" code?

Or will I only be able to use on or the other?

      • I don't think so. As the way you use player points is by converting them to a coupon code first, right? And you can't use more than one code at a time, as far as I know.

        • +1

          Yeah, I didn't think it'd work either.
I didn't bother to convert my points and just used the BATMAD code.
          Great deal, OP.

Such a good price. Thanks OP.

  • But I keep buying batman games and not finishing them. They become too much of a grind. Is this one going to be any different?

I found Asylum to be brilliant and engaging throughout. I found City to be even more so. Origins… held my attention for about an hour before I put it down. So my suggestion is: if you didn't enjoy Arkham City, you can probably skip Arkham Knight for now, until it's gotten really good reviews (hopefully!) and it's really cheap (<$10).

Too much DLC to be a good deal

  • +1

Hey just so you know, we may have undersold it a little as it's actually $26.39 for the final price once player points have been awarded back. Our systems decided to not remove the percentage cumulatively so it takes a little more off. :)

    • +1

Every little bit counts! Have updated the description to reflect this. Thanks for the deal!

Yikes! Was about to buy this till I looked at the specs, GTX 660 min vs my 750 :(

    PS4 it is then…

Thanks OP, bought. I've been really excited about this game, I've played all of it's predecessors on the PS3. Hopefully my Radeon HD 7850 can handle the game :)
