Hi,
Never dealt with RAMS before. Are they any good? in terms of customer service
I heard some banks make you jump through hoops when transferring large amount of funds. Is this the case with RAMS also?

Best to treat a Rams account as a [Term Deposit]
then you have very little need to interact with them. (just remember to add $200 per month and NO withdrawals.)
ING
Ubank
ME Bank
all are ok for more day to day high interest.
As snappy said "Best to treat a Rams account as a [Term Deposit]"
Rang them to transfer $80k'ish. Couldn't have been done easier and quicker.
All good after 2 to 3 years with them. Interface has always been up & worked 100%, unlike MEBank and Ubank at times.
The only problem is the Ram itself. It bothers me looking at it.
Added: 3.80% will likely become 3.55% in the next week or two.
They are good. When doing a big transfer you need to add the contact to the netbank then call them up.
Rams is owned by Westpac
