Handstick Vacuum Cleaner

Finally know what to get my mum for Mother's day and just missed out on the Dyson DC45 deal.

I don't know much about vacuum cleaners but anybody know a decent one for around $200 or less? My mum has a small 3 bedroom house so it doesn't need to be a super powerful and I assume one charge will be enough for the whole house.
