Cheaper Shipping Costs
A number of you raised concerns about our pricing; We are pleased to announce that as of 1st May 2015 we have managed decrease our base rate to $22.95 and our weight rate to $4.95 per 500g. This represents a great saving, particularly given a number of our competitors charge their shipping in USD.

Faster Parcel Processing
We have been pleasantly surprised with the number of parcels you have been sending. Unfortunately we were not as prepared as we could have been and this caused some delays in your parcels being associated with your ShopMate account. To fix this we've implemented new procedures to enable your parcels to be allocated to your account within 24 hours of them arriving in our U.S. warehouse.

New Custom Alerts
Some of you told us that you were surprised that your parcel had been held by customs when it arrived in Australia for assessment. You will now be notified when your parcel arrives at your U.S. address if they are considered 'high value' (AUD$1,000 or more) and that your parcel may be subject to additional duties and fees before it leaves the U.S.
