I received my order number when I bought 5 pairs of shoes yesterday at 7:30am, but my credit card payment is still in "Pending" status according to the bank. I can't actually find the order in the Adidas system attached to my account though, so I hope the order goes through.
I just called up Adidas and the customer support service person was extremely nice. They told me that the order I placed is currently being processed by the warehouse, but there would be a slight delay (due to the sale, definitely understandable lol).
Estimated time of dispatchment/delivery would be next week. So I guess some us will have to be slightly more patient!
i did my order at around 1am on the night it came out & my status is still "Being processed" on the Adidas site. Meanwhile my friend did her order around 1:30am & she received her order this morning!
everyone who's panicking about their order - none of the orders have been reported as cancelled, right? so could there be, maybe, the slightest possibility that some order items are available straightaway, while items in other orders need to be procured from another location? let's just chill and be happy about the great deal we got! I got the conext15 match ball for 90$! never have i seen that price including promotions.

Just got a shipping confirmation. Ordered around 7.30 am.
Received today morning.
Turns out my orders failed in their system - hence no order confirmation, but I did get charged twice on PayPal.
They have only offered a 40% discount and have so far only refunded 1 PayPal charge. Hopefully they come to the party with another 50% off code :)
40% is still a pretty good deal. I mean it's no 50% but I would still be happy
Same thing happened to me and all I got offered was a 30% off code. They also tried to convince me they never received the paypal payment and that it was just a "pending payment" so they have to cancel the payment and that's the only option (which I know is a lie because I have a pending payment to master I made the day before but this payment went through). Then after that email I got an email from Paypal saying "Refund from Adidas Australia"
Did they give you a code for the 40% off? If they did and you don't plan to use it, do you mind sharing it to see whether it's available to other people or just restricted to your account or just one use.

me and some other sneaker guys have determined that whether you get your shipping confirmation depends on what item you bought. i think people buying ultraboosts may experience lag because it was such a high demand item that they might've oversold.
The last sizes of Mens UltraBoost and PureBoosts were sold out by 1am, but most of them have been sold out for weeks anyways unless they restocked?. I managed to pick up the Womens Ultra Size 10.5 and some Slides.

Yeah I had the same thing - no order history in my online account (I registered first). I contacted them to confirm all was ok and have since received shipping confirmation. I think we broke their systems.
I bought a backpack @ 8am Thursday morning, and status is still "bring processed"
don't worry mate, i ordered at 3am. Still being processed too. It's the weekend, they can't ship anyway, so theoretically they've had 1 day to process ~3000+ orders.

I've got 2 pairs of shoes that are 1 size too small though. Does anyone know if I can exchange them in an addidas store, or do we have to do it online?
cant exchange only refund. Then you have to reorder which will be full price, i guess you could trade other people here as im sure plenty are in the same situation
You should have done what I did… they have free returns (including postage) so just buy one of each size (e.g. size 8 and 9 shoes).
Then try them on and return the one you don't need. Too late now however :(

I made the same mistake. Ordered 3 pairs (US size 9) thinking they were UK size 9, and only 1 pair fits. The other 2 are a size too small. Just went on the website and found out no exchanges allowed. Returns only - a new order (at full price) has to be made :(
Try going into an Adidas store. They might be able to exchange it for you.
Let me know how it goes if you decide to try and exchange it at an adidas store. Would like to exchange mine if possible as well !

Didn't even think to check if it was US/UK sizing as it was 4am when I ordered and I was bloody tired.
But isn't UK sizing standard here for mens shoes??? I might give them a call and see if they can let me return and re-order at the same price - I'll argue the point that their website wasn't particularly clear about the sizing being US, rather than the standard UK sizing. And if they don't come to the party, I'll just return the goods and they lose a sale, plus eat the shipping costs. Their loss. I'll just grab some cheap shoes at the next sale that comes along…
Bought a pair of stan smith's that were one size too big!
Called up my local adidas store and they were happy to let me exchange for another size/style if i wanted.
Policy might vary depending on the store but give them a call before you go :)

I had a look at stores around me using the store finder but they aren't actual adidas stores, just general shoe stores that stock adidas shoes. I'm guessing only adidas stores that stock only adidas gear let you exchange it.

The one i went to was an "actual" adidas store in Macquarie shopping centre (sydney)
Also asked the store in city Westfield and they were happy to exchange as well :)

lol starting to think this was such an impulse buy, anyhow it seems we got jipped and got a cheaper version, this is what its meant to look like whilst the ones I reveived from adidas online are more shiny and less premium, you can tell they cut costs on the materials.

thought so! the quality of the shoes in store seemed to be of much better quality compared to the one i received from the website!
yep! provided that i show them the receipt which had no indication i purchased the shoes at 50% off :)
So I ended up going to a store and swapping one over to the next size up. With the third pair, a "seeley cup" model, they didn't have any in a size up. Couldn't swap it over for another model either since I'd have to buy it at full price. Ended up returning it, got my $55 back and went online to place an order for the same model (30% off) with free shipping for $77…

Toll is the worst. They rarely get a delivery right and looks like they have stuffed up again. Received shipping mail on Monday and my tracking number is not even recognised.
