    Hi Rep. Just like to point out that your site is a little clunky with its handling of cookies in Chrome. Going back and forth between updating addresses and the cart can trigger Chrome to generate an error "Too many redirect loops", forcing you to clear your cookies and cache before you can see the Cart.

    Also separating delivery addresses and billing addresses is a pain, the changes don't appear to take hold after editing and saving, making you delete all info and reenter it again for it to stick. And then the shipping address doesn't export properly to the Paypal checkout.

    If you guys could streamline editing account details and the checkout better, it would make the experience more pleasant.

    Otherwise, thanks heaps for the deal, I bought 2 and a mini usb/lightning adaptor! All the best :)

    After catching the eneloop bug thanks to ozb, I'm now curious about these power banks, especially after the recent storms etc. Can anyone who owns these give any sort of indication as to how well these things keep a charge? Could you buy one and leave it in the cupboard for months at a time for an emergency ala the beloved eneloop, or is it more just a useful backup to take with you on holidays etc?

      It's a good question and wondering if a non-rechargeable battery unit is better for such emergencies.

      You can. The self-discharge rate is as low as older-generation Eneloops. The newer Eneloops have even lower self-discharge rates, but aren't as convenient.

      For security reason, if you are using PayPal as your payment method, your shipping address will automatically be imported from PayPal.
      It cannot be change for your own safety.
      Unless you create an account on our website, then place the order and pay through PayPal.
      Your shipping address can then be selected base on your account information.
      Hope this explain why it is set up that way and how to change it.

        Weirdly enough I tried to put my parcel locker address into Paypal and it picked up my home address from a previous order on your site. Didn't really matter, but I wasn't able to get the address to change with ~10 mins of effort.

    Hi - I received this in the mail yesterday. I was unable to get this thing to turn on and after charging overnight I was unable to get it to turn on. Even when charging none of the LEDs were lighting up. Am I doing something wrong? Help! I've already sent mushtato an email but I might be doing something silly. Can anyone tell me if lights are supposed to flash when charging? What charger should I be using? Is a phone charger fine?
