If only it wasn't so far away
sugarless though? doesn't that defeat the purpose of drinking V?
That's like saying having no sugar in coffee defeats the purpose of having a coffee.
Opposite. Coffee shouldn't have sugar, energy drinks should.
Anyway grabbed a bunch of 500ml Monsters for 29c each yesterday from NQR. They also had sugar free 500ml Monster a month or so back for $6/slab. Also recall V (graphite I think) for $7/24x250ml. Only have stores in Vic though.Golden circle matches all that when the time is right; This is 'cheap' for normal prices, but not for that particular store OP is posting about.
Not really? Both energy drinks and coffee would probably benefit from having sugar in them as caffeine does not wake you up at the time of ingesting it. Usually the energy hit you get straight away from energy drinks are from sugar rush. Caffine kicks in within one hour of ingestion.
at 8 teaspoons the sugar definitely makes a difference.
though energy drinks such as V have guarana and taurine in addition to caffeine, unlike coffee.Had the $7/24x25m V graphite at hot dollar in Roselands, although only a couple of slabs left, said there were plenty in Bankstown and maybe other areas
Having sugar in your energy drink will just ensure you have a sugar high, then a sugar crash.
If thats what you want then go for it, but you'll find many people drink it for the caffeine.
Going off the picture, it looks like older packaging (before the Avenger ones) so be sure to check the expiry dates if you plan to do a broden!
The ones I saw in Coles when they were clearing the 4x 250ml ones for $4.70, the same packaging expired in June/July 2015. The Avenger ones were early 2016.
Unless you "Have to have V" That's not a good price for the Golden Circle Outlet Store.
You'll often get Monster or Rockstar at $8~$12 per 24 carton (and 500ml cans).
Wait for the real deals; though its always worth a visit, that place.
Is the capalaba store cheaper than the Aspley mini-golden circle outlet inside T-bones?
Very good price for QLD uni students.
That's the best price I've ever seen. Too bad I have no other reason to be up in that area.
